Welcome to the Northern Rhode Island Camera Club! This purpose of this group is for people interested in photography to get involved locally. We hope to plan workshops, field trips, meetings, and competitions. We meet on the first Tue. of every month at the Woonsocket Harris Public Library on 303 Clinton Street, Woonsocket, RI 02895. Our meetings are from 7 pm to 9 pm. NRICC Wins the 2008 Multi-Screen Competition 5/2/2008 Congratulations to all of the photographer's that entered photos in the 2008 multi-screen competition. NRICC defeated Quinebaug Valley Camera Club and the favorite Photographic Society of Rhode Island. NRICC had 9 first place wins out of the 24 categories and won the competition with a score of 46. The other two clubs scored 49. Mike Zeis had 2 first place images. Gary Detonnancourt had 2 first place images. Deb Bettencourt had 2 first place images. Denise Lincourt and / or William Lincourt had 2 first place images. Leeanne Richard had 1 first place image. Plus we had many great second place images.
